Alfred Davis was born on August 24, 1939 and left this life on April 21, 2017. He was married 46 years to Joyce Davis. They had five children: Alfred Davis, Jr., Darrell Davis, Torrie Davis, Cathy Morrison and Liz Griffin.

He leaves behind his brothers, James Davis and Charles Davis; three sisters, Lula B. Anderson, Estell Griffin, and Gussie Nealy; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and lots of other relatives and friends.
