Carl Dennis Washington, at the age of 52, passed away on August 25, 2017 in Houston, TX.

 

SPC E4 Carl Dennis Washington was born on February, 11, 1965 in Bastrop, TX. In 1983, he attended LSU, following his graduation from Wolfson High School in Jacksonville, FL. In May 1987, he enlisted in the Army as a Private Specialist where he attended Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Later, he was stationed at Fort Hood in Killeen, TX. On May 26,1990, he was honorably discharged and continued his career in the civilian world.

 

Carl received his CDL License in 2004 in Atlanta, GA and in 2015 from the state of Texas. Carl has worked for companies such as IBM, Samsung, United Stated Post Office, Schneider Trucking Company,

CFI Trucking, in various states all over the United States of America.

 

Carl had a loving heart for his family and focused his life on caring for his only son. Carl is survived by his son Deion Deshawn Washington, his father and mother, Charles and Erma Washington, his brother Charles Washington III, and his sister Cynthia Elaine Wright. Carl is also survived by his two nieces Jasmine Nicole Washington and Chelsey Elizabeth Wright. He is also survived by a host of Uncles, Cousins, friends, brother-in-arms, and a loving country.
