Gail (McMarion) Castaneda

Gail McMarion was born in Austin, Texas on December 26, 1946 to Hazel Lemuel and Precious McMarion, Jr. She is preceded in death by her father Precious McMarion, Jr., and brothers: William (Bubba) McMarion, Robert McMarion, Tom Lemuel, Preston McMarion and Edward Piper.

Gail was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend.

She leaves behind in loving memory her mother: Hazel Thomas; sisters: Shirley Jones and Linda Lee; her brothers: Fermon (Dicky) Austin and wife Dr. Tommye Austin, Alton Austin, Will Thomas and wife Sonia, and Johnny Piper; her children: Will McMarion, W. Lee McMarion, Fay McMarion Carter and husband Brent, Gloria D. Castaneda, Napoleon V. Castaneda and Hazel L. Castaneda Freeman and Husband Sam; twenty five grandchildren and 1 great grand child Malakye McMarion.

Gail was loved by all she met. She always had a smile for everyone. She gave of herself freely and with love.
