Mr. Renfro, Bubba, PigMeat, Daddy, or Pops, no matter what you called him, he was always the same man. Quick to smile and share a laugh. He was a kind soul that loved to talk and tell stories. He enjoyed listening to music and reminiscing about the past. His days were spent farming, fishing, and spending time with his friends. Renfro loved his children and was a loving husband. The lessons he taught his children and grand children will live on. He taught us the value of being honesty, that hard work pays off, and to have fun and enjoy life. He wasn’t a perfect man, he was the first to admit he had flaws, but he was generous, and shared his abundance with many. His gardens fed many in the community. He was known to share a fresh catch or a meal with others and never asked for anything in return.
Renfro was born to Renfro and Tiebethia Washington who proceed him in death. He joins his loving wife Ophelia and son Wilbert, grandchildren, and great grandchild. He leaves behind to celebrate his life his children, Dell (Gloria), Gregory (Linda), Victor (Nura), Wendell (Kaycee), Veronica (Walter) Tammi, Maygan, Danielle(Marcos), 19 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, his brother James, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, and many friends
