Born to Johnny Jarmon Sr. and Alma Clark, Jarmon and this union were eight children. Johnny Jarmon Jr. gave his life to Christ at an early age. He joined St. Petersburg Baptist Church, where he was Baptized. Rev. Earnest Barnes was the pastor at that time in Waelder, Texas. He later joined ST. Paul Baptist Church in Waelder, TX, where he was ordained as a deacon. He was married to Cheryl (Houston) Jarmon, and in this union were three children: Johnny Jarmon II, Cherthena Marie Jarmon, and Kadeem Jonta Jarmon. Two grandchildren, Tedric McGaughey and Kash Kellough
He was a loving, caring, and giving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren so much. There was nothing in this world that he wouldn’t do for his family. He leaves a wife, Cheryl Jarmon, of 42 years, three children Johnny Jarmon II, Cherthena Marie Jarmon, Kadeem Jonta Jarmon, and two grandchildren, Tedric McGaughey and Kash Kellough. Three sisters, Zonia Mae Jarmon, Ossie Upton, and Wanda Kay Nichols. Two brothers, Joe E. Jarmon and James Jarmon wife Lisa Jarmon.
