Juan was born in Austin on September 29,1970. He grew up in east Austin with his grandmother Dominga.

He was a painter/ carpenter for many years.

Juan loved Dragon Ball Z, fishing, grilling and being with his family.

He leaves his wife, Tracy Rios. And his 6 children Ashley, David, Hanna, Juan A, Chloe, and Justin.
