Judith Pillow Austin was born on September 7, 1940, in Bay City, Texas to Clyde Lee Pillow and Flora Hardin. Judith was endearingly known to most as Granny. She married Robert Alois Austin on April 27, 1959, and they made their life and raised their three children in Houston, Texas. There she enjoyed her time playing ziltch with her family, fishing, bowling, and of course watching her favorite team the Houston Astros. She is proceeded in death by her parents Clyde and Flora Pillow, sisters Belva Doris Pillow and Yvonne Haley, grandson Joshua Aaron Austin, husband Robert Austin, and her beautiful daughter Deborah Kaye Savage. Judith is survived by brother Joseph E. Pillow, children Robert Austin, Russell and Betty Austin, son-in-law Larry Savage, her grandchildren and great grandchildren Karen Federwisch, Burton J. Savage, Krystal Chapa, Savannah Bishop, Brittney Hernandez, Andrew Austin, Stephanie Austin, Noah Austin, Cameron Chapa, Joshua Garcia, Isaiah Gitchel, Antonio Chapa Jr., Linus Bishop, Kinleigh Austin, Xander Bishop, Benjamin Chapa, and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all that she knew and loved. She will always be remembered for her welcoming personality and loving spirit.
