Melvin was a faithful friend to many and an excellent confidant. His love was given unselfishly without hesitation. We can say that to know him, was to love him. He had a laugh that made you feel better and a smile that was infectious. Melvin will truly be missed by many family members. “We thank God” for our gift Melvin (Cheat) and all the beautiful memories we have shared.
In April 2011 Melvin moved to Atlanta, Georgia for a second chance in life. He enjoyed attending the Clayton Center in Jonesboro, Georgia where he regained his purpose in life. Melvin maintained faithful attendance until Covid 19 shut down the Country.
