Morris (Pete) Kenny Clemons was born to Robert (Bob) Clemons and Ella (Veal) Clemons in Hills Prairie, Bastrop, Texas on June 29, 1954. He departed this life December 22, 2022.
Pete accepted Christ at an early age. He was baptized by Rev. C. L. Jones at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church where he attended until his death.
Pete attended Clearview School. He attended Emile School and graduated from Bastrop High School in 1972. Pete excelled in sports by playing football basketball and baseball. He received the Championship ring for his masterful skills in baseball.
Pete continued his education in trade school and became the first Black Journeyman in Austin, Texas with the Local #67. He worked for Semetech that later became Samsung Tech Company, where he stayed until his retirement.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Robert and Ella Clemons, his son Eric Clemons, sister Rose Maiden, his brothers, Robert, Charles, Bobby, Henry, Hillard, Willie and Sammie.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Debra Clemons, daughter Kimberly Clemons, grandson DeShon Clemons all of Round Rock, Texas. Sisters Ruthie Jackson of Los Angeles, California; Katherine Thompson (Williams) of Inglewood, California, brother Tommy Clemons (Deborah) of Bastrop, Texas and a host of nieces, nephews and other relative and friends.
