Roderick Craney Obituary

Roderick Craney was born to Lester Craney and Beverly McDonald in Casper, Wyoming on March 19, 1967.
He was the second child of this union.
Roderick accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Macedonia where he served on the brotherhood and then later moved his membership to Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church until called home.
Roderick was a well-known person and loved by many. He loved sports and in his early years he coached his boys’ basketball team and touched so many young lives. He loved hanging out and playing dominoes with his cousins. Roderick was a talkative man, he loved to debate about politics or talk about the bible; he read scriptures daily. He loved the cowboys and was a member of the Hard Hittahz.
On his journey of his life, he first started dating Yolanda Craney back in High school and they eventually married in 1993. Roderick has a total of 5 kids (3 in union with Yolanda Craney). Roderick began his career in 1992 with Viking Fence Company up until this year when his illness caused him to leave.
Roderick leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife Yolanda Craney (26 years of marriage), his children Tabrasha Craney (Shabree), Ryan Craney, Anthony Galvan, Ray Craney and Mercedes Craney. His grandkids Zerrick Wooley, Jeremiah Galvan, Zaylen Davenport and Emeri Craney. His mother Beverly McDonald and his dad Chester McDonald, his father Lester Craney and step mom Rose, his sisters Ranelda Craney, Renita Craney, his half sisters Kristin Butler, Megan Stratton, his brother-cousin Jerry Don Taylor. And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
