Stacey Nealy Washington was born May 23,1968 to Gussie and L.E. (Sonny) Nealy. She graduated from Smithville High School.  She married Wayne Washington. They had one daughter; Markesha Washinton.  She worked many jobs at Smithville Schools and health care jobs. Later she moved to San Antonio, Texas.  There she worked for H.E.B. as a security guard.  Later she worked in Sequin.

She passed away on August 14, 2023 at 1:21. She is proceeded in death by her father L.E. (Sonny) Nealy, one brother Charles Nealy, grandparents Gussie Davis, James Davis, Louise McQueen and Annie Phillips; three uncles James Davis Jr, Alfred Lester Davis and Charles Clinton Davis; Nephew Cedrick Alexander and Niece Kadedra Washington.

Stacey is survived by her daughter Markesha, her mother Gussie Nealy of Smithville, Texas; two sisters Brunetta Jo Davis of Smithville, Texas; Velma (Henry) Taylor of Taylor, Texas; seven brothers James (Twola) Nealy, Clarence Nealy, Vincent Nealy, Craig (Kathy) Nealy, Alfred Nealy, Kenny Nealy of Smithville, Texas, Vastine Nealy of West Point, Texas; Nieces Ebony Chapman, Aalliyah Jones, Chante Nealy, Annie Nealy, Neasia Minton and Arneka Hunt; 2 great nieces Mia and Zoe Nededag; nephew Brian Brown, Clarence (CJ) Nealy Jr., Patrick Nealy, Kenny Nealy Jr., Treyone Ja Cole Washington, Jaime Alexander, Michael Chapman Jr. DeAirreon Nealy; one aunt Lula B. Davis, one special friend Darrell Cockwell, one special friend and cousin Michelle Wheeler and Sylvia Rosales, and a host of cousins, family and friends.
