Remembering the Life Spirit of Steven Wade Taylor

      

Steven Wade Taylor was born on Monday, December 17, 1979 at Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas to the proud parents of Wade and Plonnie Mae Taylor.

At the age of 12, he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior.  He was baptized by Rev. Dr. B.J. E. McQueen and became a member of the St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church.

He obtained his high school diploma from Anderson High School in Austin, TX.  He then enrolled into Austin Community College, and later transferred to St. Edwards University majoring in International Business.  He established his own business under the name of Texas Applied Resources where he took pride and quality in customer service. Texas Applied Resources remained a viable business until his demise.  Becoming a small business owner was a passion.  As an entrepreneur, he was motivated by serving others.

 His strong faith in God was evident.  During his life’s journey, he touched many lives.  When there was a need, he fulfilled it.  It gave him great pleasure to help others.  The gift of giving was his special gift, and appeared to be the one that fulfilled him the most.  He had such a wonderful sense of humor.

 He departed this life on February 18, 2017 following an illness.

TX; Uncles, Dwight Benford of Georgetown, TX, Michael Jones of Austin, TX, Stanley Jones (Rose) of Bastrop, TX, Plummer Thompson, Jr. of Bastrop, TX, and Virgil Waites (Laura) of , Oakton,

Virginia; aunts, Deborah Gipson (Derwin) of Cedar Creek, Texas, Melissa Harrod of Bastrop, TX, Brenda Jones of Austin, TX, Paula Jones-Myers of Austin, TX, Shirely Jones of Bastrop TX and Joyce Sibley of Austin, TX.; best friend, Jason Baker of Round Rock, TX.  Also cherishing the memories of his life are a host of cousins, friends, and extended family.
